Why We Started
This project started from a reflection on how talent and organizations connect in a changing world.
In 2024, the company I worked for went through a major organizational restructuring, and several talented members of my team left their roles. This made us rethink how people can access better career opportunities without being limited by a single organization, location, or traditional employment model.
Talent needs more flexible opportunities, and companies need a better way to quickly connect with the right people as their needs change.
As remote work and flexible employment grow, traditional hiring methods struggle with slow processes, poor matching, and limited flexibility.
We started building a new approach with AI Agents — giving professionals an AI career partner to discover opportunities, and companies an AI hiring partner to build better teams.

We believe the future of work will be more flexible, global, and AI-powered — no longer limited by location, organizations, or traditional career paths.
